Aquariums:

Aquariums are allowed (20-gallon maximum) on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.

The following animals and breeds are not allowed (Service/Companion animals may not be subject to these lists):

  • Dog breeds:
    • Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chowchow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bulldog
    • Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
  • Exotic or Poisonous Animals:
    • Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws), Tarantulas, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Racoons, Squirrels, Piranhas, Rabbits
