General
It does not cost anything to tour our property.
We gladly accept walk-ins
We are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and on Saturdays, 9 am to 3 pm
We invite you to visit our application page at https://www.parkwesthattiesburg.com/ or contact our office for us to send you an application invitation.
We will notify you of your application status within 7 days after we receive your completed application. Most screenings are completed within 24–72 hours, but some background checks may take longer to process depending on the circumstances.
Upon execution of the lease, the tenant will be responsible for the pro-rated portion of rent and any associated fees, including but not limited to pet fees.
Be mindful of your neighbors. Report any maintenance issues early.
Rent is paid online
We offer easy and convenient payments through our property website portal
Monthly charges consist of the Community Operations Fee and any applicable pet fees.
We require all residents to carry a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage and $10,000 in personal property coverage. You may choose any insurance provider that meets these coverage requirements.
Utilities are not included in the rent amount. Power and cable/internet are billed via the provider. Water/Sewer/Trash/Pest control is billed monthly to your rent portal.
Management will arrange for water, sewer, trash, and pest control services. Residents are responsible for establishing cable, internet, and electric accounts directly with the service providers in their own names.
Our property is set up for comcast/Xfinity or ATT Fiber
The property provides referral incentives to current residents for successful resident referrals, subject to the terms and conditions of the referral program.
Residents are permitted to have guests within their apartment. Guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times while using community amenities, and the resident assumes full responsibility for the actions and behavior of their guests.
Residents may choose to pay rent in advance; however, such payments do not qualify for a discount. Monthly rent may vary depending on the selected lease term.
The community generally does not collect a standard security deposit. A one-time surety bond is required prior to occupancy. Upon transferring, repayment of the surety bond and one-time pet fee may be required.
We do not allow subletting
If you terminate your lease early, you must give 60 day notice. The lease buyout fee is $2000.

We offer playground, grilling pavilions with gas and charcoal grills, tanning beds, amenity building with study room and computers with printing, 2 pools, carwash and vacuum station, gym and more!
Both pools are open from 10 AM- 8 PM daily
Open Parking but one side of property also has covered parking available
Washers and Dryers are included in each unit
Our appliances come with GE appliances including washer, dryer, stove/oven, microwave, sink disposal, fridge, and dishwasher
Although our apartments do come unfurnished, we do work with CORT FURNISHINGS that can set up furnished options for you.
Any apartment available can be set up wih furniture through one of our vendors
Packages are typically delivered to the mailbox, front door, or we do offer parcel pending.
Our fitness centers are open 24 hours.
We have state of the art quipment including , treadmills, elipticals, free weights, Interactive Fitness which includes Spin Bikes, yoga mats and more!
Pet Policy
Yes our community is pet friendly
We do also have two nearby pet parks within 4 miles of our property. We also have a pet washing station on properyt.

We are conveintely located off of Westover Dr, directly behind Miskelly furniture or you can access us from 4th street and westover drive

The Jackson Road Station is a little over 3 miles from property
Java Moes is the closest coffee shop which is a little over a mile away.
Maintenance
We have 24 hour on site emergency maintenance.
We have many convenient ways to notify us for an issue needing repair. Please call in all emergency items. Other items can be called in, put in online through the portal, or stop by the office and let us know.
Absolutely not. A member of our team can access the apartment if you are gone. Please be sure to secure any pets if you will be away.
Contact the office if you get locked out. If it is during the day, one of our team members can get you in. If it is after office hours, one of our on-site courtesy officers can help you back in. ID will need to be shown for access. Fees may apply.
